PAYMENT PROCESS
It's possible to pay for rent in cash after your check in to the apartment or with your credit card via Pay Pal before your arrival.

Please pay for the whole term of lease in the day of your arrival. We need to know your stay period to make further bookings for other clients.

OUR SERVICE
Booking apartment on our website you don't pay extra money for the service.

Our clients are not charged for the service we offer. We get fee from the owners who represent their flats on our website that satisfy the following demands:

CHECK-In and CHECK-Out Policy

Check in time is 13.00. In case you need earlycheck in please book the flat for one extra night before your arrival and in order to be able to move in it as early as you need.if the flat is vacant it's possible to check-in before 13.00 p.m. Free of charge. If not, you should wait untill 12:00 or 13:00 to check in.

Time of check out is12 p.m. but if the flat has no further reservations you will be able to check out after 12.00 if you need. Late check-out before 8 p.m. is charged of half apartment price, after 8 p.m - the full apartment price.If you need early check in or late check out please let us know in advance.

PREVIEW OF APARTMENTS

All flats are presented on the website with detailed photos of them. If you or your representatives want to see the apartment before your check in it's possible to do it in case it's vacant. We don't show apartment if it is reserved or occupied. In this case you can see it at check out time only. Apartmentscan't be previewed while other clients staythere. Photos of the apartments represent the facts.

WHAT RENTAL COST INCLUDES:
Rental price includes all taxes.There are no hidden charges or fees in the price.
Bed and kitchen outfits, towels, bed linen, iron and iron-board.
Hot, cold water and accessories, local phone calls.
Flat cleaning once in a week and bed-linen changing.
Additional cleaning services are provided upon request for extra charge.

DAMAGES
After arrival in the apartment please check that everything works properly and you are satisfied with apartment condition. In the day of your departure the manager will come to check everything and take the keys. In case you have caused damage you will be charged at the rate of loss.
